7.14 Applying the gradient to an object

1. Choose View > Fit Page In Window.
2. With the Selection tool, click the diagonal Green stripe on the right side of the chocolate bar picture to select it.
3. Select the Fill box in the Tools panel, and then select Green/White Gradient in the Swatches panel.
4. To adjust the gradient transition, select the Gradient Swatch tool in the Tools panel and drag up and to the right of the object as shown.
5. Choose Edit > Deselect All.
6. Choose File > Save.
